COOKIES POLICY

1. APPLICABLE REGULATIONS

Paragraph two of article 22 of Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Services of the Association for Electronic Information and Commerce (hereinafer, LSSI-CE) sets forth the following:

The services providers may use data storage and recovery devices in recipients’ computer terminals, on the condition that they have given their consent after they have been provided with clear, complete information on their use, particularly on the aims of the data use, in accordance with the provisions of the Statutory Law 15/1999 of December 13 on Personal Data Protection.

When technically possible and effective, the consent of the recipient to accept the data use may be provided by using the appropriate parameters of the browser or of other applications, provided that it must proceed to its configuration during its installation or updating through an express action for such purpose.

The foregoing shall not impede the potential storage or access of a technical nature for the sole purpose of transferring from one communication through an electronic communications network, as far as is strictly necessary, for the provision of a service of the company of the information expressly requested by the recipient.

As covered by the Guide on the Use of Cookies published by the Spanish Data Protection Agency (hereinafter, AEPD) in 2013, the LSSI-CE is applicable to any kind of file or device that is downloaded onto the computer equipment of a user with the purpose of storing data that may be updated and recovered by the entity responsible for its installation. The cookie is one of these devices of general use, therefore, hereafter we will generically call these devices cookies.

The cookies used for any of the following purposes shall be exempt from complying with the obligations set forth in article 22.2 of the LSI-CE:

– Only permit communication between the user’s equipment and the network.
– Strictly provide a service expressly requested by the user.

2. TYPES OF COOKIES ACCORDING TO THEIR PURPOSE A cookie is a file that is downloaded onto your computer by accessing certain websites. Cookies allow a website to, among other things, store and recover data on the browsing habits of a user or his computer. Depending on the information they contain and how your computer uses them, they can be used to recognize the user.

As covered in the AEPD’s Guide on the Use of Cookies, according to the purpose of the use of the date obtained through the cookies, we can distinguish between:

2.3. Analysis cookies
Those that have been properly used by us or by third parties, and enable us to quantify the number of users and thus gage and conduct a statistical analysis of how users utilize the service offered. To do this, their browsing on our website is analysed in order to improve the variety of products or services we offer.

2.4. Advertising cookies
Those that have been properly used by us or third parties and enable us to manage, as effectively as possible, the offer of advertising spaces that exist on the website by adjusting the content of the advert to the content of the service requested or to how our website is used. To do this we can analyze his online browsing habits and can show him advertising related to his browsing profile.

2.5. Behavioural advertising cookies

The recipient of any data obtained through any cookies installed on your computer shall be the following entity: EURONTUR, S.L., as responsible editor of the website and responsible for use.

4. PRINCIPLE OF CONSENT
Consent for the installation of cookies is understood to be provided through the marking of the box relating to the acceptance of the Cookies Policy provided for such purpose on our website.

6. PRINCIPLE OF DATA SECURITY
EURONTUR, S.L. promises to comply with its obligation to secretly respect the personal data and its duty to keep them and will adopt all the technical and organizational measures required to guarantee the security of the personal data and to prevent their unauthorized alteration, loss, use or access, considering the state of the technology, the nature of the date stored and the risks to which they are exposed, whether this is from human action or a physical or natural means developed in Title VIII of Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21, by which the Regulation of Development of Statutory Law 15/1999 of December 13 on Personal Data Protection is approved.

7. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS
Pursuant to the provisions of the LOPD and Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21, by which the Regulation of Development thereof is approved, the recipient of the service can exercise at any time its rights to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition before the party responsible for the file or for the use, attaching a photocopy of his ID.
